The room was perfectly clean and brand-new with a view, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. The location was particularly good, just a short stroll away from Kaidagelan Cultural Museum. The airport was 25 minutes' drive away...

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and Beitou. We enjoyed visiting Yuuduki Bar, which was only 1 mile away. - the modern room was brand-new and had useful amenities such as a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe.

During our stay at Asia Pacific Hotel Beitou, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the front office staff. Thanks to her quick thinking, we made it to the airport on time for our flight back to Singapore. The hotel even prepared takeaway breakfast for us to enjoy on the way. The room itself was gorgeous, with high-quality furnishings and a beautiful Japanese-style tatami mat. The private hot spring tub was a highlight, as it retained heat well and provided a relaxing experience. We also appreciated the hotel's flexibility in allowing us to use the public hot spring a few hours before check-in and checking out an hour late.

The hotel’s location was perfect for our visit to Marshal Zen Garden and being centrally located in Jackson made it convenient for exploring. the rooms offered a nice view.

The room was brand-new. Our rooms had a view, which we loved. Having a bidet, walk-in shower, and robes was a nice bonus. the staff were all very helpful and professional. the location was excellent, right in the middle of Jackson, and close to many restaurants.

The room had a good amount of space and had smoke detectors for safety 🚭.

Celebrated the New Year at a fantastic hotel with great complementary breakfast and spa treatments. the hotel location was perfect, and we enjoyed the stunning mountain views from our room. Another advantage was the spacious and comfortable bed, and the room was nicely decorated.

The shuttle bus service from the nearest station was infrequent, which made it difficult for us to get around the area. Plus, the vending machine was missing from the hotel, which was inconvenient when we needed mid-night snacks.
